Italian urologist Maria Cerruto, who loves wearing high heels herself, researched how high heels affect the sexual lives of women. The research, which was based on 66 women under 50, showed that two-inch heels already improve the functioning of the muscles of the pelvic floor, which are very important for a satisfactory female sexual life and they also help with the sexual act and pleasure.

“Women often have problems doing Kegel exercises, so wearing high heels might be the right solution,” said the urologist.
