Italian urologist Maria Cerruto, who loves wearing high heels herself, made a research on how high heels affect the sexual satisfaction of women. Research was based on 66 women under the age of 50 and showed that two-inch heels already improve the functioning of the muscles of the pelvic floor, which are very important for a satisfactory female sexual life.
“Women often have problems doing 
Kegel exercises, so wearing high heels might be the right solution,” said the urologist. She emphasized that firmer muscles of the pelvic floor improve the functioning of the bladder, bowels and the uterus. If your high heels are not too high, that is. Women who love four-inch heels often have problems with the back and feet.
