Do's and don'ts during pregnancy
Do's and don'ts during pregnancy
Here we provide answers to 5 questions over which pregnant women are often puzzled.

Pregnancy raises a bunch of questions (jlp)
Car travel and wearing a seatbelt
Physicians advise that you always wear a seatbelt, namely, loosely above your thighs and more firmly under your bump.

Most pregnant women can go to work (jlp)
The same applies when you are nine months pregnant, although then it is recommended that you stay at home because you never know when the baby will start kicking, wanting to come into the world.
Air travel
In travelling by plane, it is very important that the plane with which you travel has cabin pressure regulated. It is also recommended that you move about every 45 minutes because it keeps your blood circulation flowing.
Sex and pregnancy
Sex during pregnancy is a completely natural thing, so you should not worry that something could go wrong if you have sexual intercourse during pregnancy. Some women feel even hornier and need sex during pregnancy than otherwise. However, do not have sexual intercourse if bleeding occurs or the amniotic sac breaks and amniotic fluid drains out. For women who have high-risk pregnancy or women who are pregnant with twins it is advisable to stop having sexual intercourse at least the last six weeks of pregnancy. Also, the female body is made in such a way that the need for sex declines at the beginning and end of pregnancy, so no harm will be done if a woman does not have sex in that period.

Wear a seatbelt during pregnancy as well (jlp)
Work and pregnancy
Most pregnant women who do not have major problems during pregnancy can work normally up to the ninth month. However, it is much harder if you have heavy physical work or there is extreme heat, smoking areas or similar. You have to take a break during work, and if you feel tired, you have to stop working. Especially in the last three months you have to avoid standing for a long time (more than 4 hours), lifting heavy object (more than 1.5 st), bending below your knees, etc.
Exercise during pregnancy
If you exercised regularly before pregnancy, it is completely safe and normal to keep exercising during pregnancy and for as long as you feel comfortable.

Exercise during pregnancy is recommended as well (jlp)
Running, horse riding, swimming and skiing are permitted if it is safe for a pregnanat woman. Act reasonably and stop if you feel uncomfortable or tired. Walking and antenatal exercises, on which it is best if you consult with your physician, are also recommended.
