Even the Spaniards stopped making them in the middle of the nineties. That’s why El Otro Lado de la Cama is such a big, important and groundbreaking film achievement. It’s such a good, brilliant and unforgettable trip into a top-class film production in this genre. It’s such a welcome little film that only Lucia y el sexo came close to it in 2001. This is another Spanish winner, where the leading role is also played by the attractive Paz Vega, girlfriend of Ernesto Alterio, who cheats on her with her best friend Natalia Verbeke, the girlfriend of his best friend Guillermo Toledo, who later gets involved exactly with Paz Vega, for whom Ernesto Alterio believes that she’s seeing the lesbian Nathalie Poza.

 

One of the leading roles is also portrayed by the attractive Spanish actress Paz Vega.
